On January 13, 2010, a court has thrown out this law.

Schuyler County enacted a law in December, 2008.   I do not yet have a copy of the law. Here is a report from a news account:

Schuyler OKs limits on sex offenders

Sheriff William Yessman has said that the law would not affect any of the 19 Level II and Level III registered offenders now living in Schuyler County....
