A copy of the law enacted in April, 2007 is available here. On December 2, 2008, the law was revised so that it would exclude Level 1 offenders from the restrictions. It still does not include a grandfather clause which means that Level 2 and 3 registrants who are presently living in the restricted zones will be forced to move.
